❌ We do not offer returns or refunds, except where required by applicable law.

However, we offer limited exchange options:

🔁 Size exchange is allowed, subject to stock availability.

🎨 Color exchange is allowed only if the requested color is available in stock.

📦 Exchange requests must be made within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.

🏷️ Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

🚫 Sale items, customized products, and special-order items are not eligible for exchange.

⚠️ Please note: Exchanges can only be processed if the required size or color is available in stock.

🕒 Order cancellation is only possible within 12 hours of order confirmation.
